- Error Resolution: Diagnosing and resolving error messages and bugs

2.2 Service Limitations
IMPORTANT: Pogo Helpline is a third-party service provider and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pogo.com or EA (Electronic Arts). We cannot:
- Access or modify official Pogo accounts directly
- Guarantee resolution of all issues
- Provide refunds for purchases made on Pogo.com
- Override Pogo.com policies or decisions
- Provide official Pogo.com customer support
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
3.1 Plan Details
We offer various subscription plans with different durations and features. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees and charges
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method
- Accept that all sales are final (subject to our Refund Policy)
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Some subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. By selecting an auto-renewing plan:
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

- You will receive email notification 7 days before renewal

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pogo Helpline, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your negligent or intentional misconduct
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

- You will not be entitled to a refund (except as per our Refund Policy)
